Ordering

  • I’m a retail customer. Why can’t I order online from your site?
     All Things Jill is a wholesale only company and we love to support our retailers. As such, you can find every single product we offer over on our sister site, The Apothecary in Inglewood. It’s our brick and mortar shoppe in the heart of Calgary. You can also find an up-to-date listing of all the retailers across North America that carry our products. We always suggest getting in touch with a shop to confirm they’ve got what you’re looking for, as not all stores carry the complete line up of our products.  
  • Do you have a catalogue?
    At this time we have decided against a printed catalogue. Our website is up-to-date and because we are always adding products, it would be almost impossible to keep a catalogue current. More importantly we are  concerned with the environment and would like to spare some trees!
  • Can I Order Wholesale?
    Absolutely! If you’re in Canada or the United States, to receive our current wholesale price list you must provide us with your business registration number and address. Hop on over to our “Become a Wholesaler page and fill out the form located there. Once we’ve got it, we’ll get back to you within 1 business day. Please email us for more information.

 

Returns

  • What is your Return Policy?
    We’re almost certain you’ll be happy with our products, but if you are not satisfied you are welcome to contact the store that you purchased it from as each has its own distinct return policy. Of course we always welcome feedback on our products (positive and negative) so please contact us if you need some clarity on anything!

 

Products

  • How long do your Products stay Fresh?
    Most of our products will keep between one and two years, though we recommend that you use them within 9 months to get the most benefit out of the essential oils used. We also recommend not placing our products in a heated or sunny area in order to protect the integrity of the product.
  • How long has my product been sitting on a shelf before I’ve opened it?
    This can be a difficult question to answer. At All Things Jill, we are making product fresh daily, and so we can guarantee that any product going out our doors is fresh, viable and delicious. Once it gets to a retailer, however, we have little control over the time the product is on a shelf before it gets into your hands. We love our retailers, and they love our product, so we generally see fast turnaround with orders which tells us that our product is moving at a pace that allows the product to still maintain its integrity and effectiveness. As always, we welcome your feedback and questions if you have any! 
  • Are your products biodegradable?
    Yes, they are completely biodegradable as only natural ingredients are used.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Absolutely not! All of our products are human tested only – many thanks to the friends & relatives of All Things Jill who gladly volunteer to try out new products!
